THE GOLDEN BLADES
The Golden Blades sind eine vierköpfige Band aus Oberösterreich. Muss man eine stilistische Schublade öffnen, würde man sie im Genre Indie-Pop finden, obwohl ihre Musik vielschichtig ist und sich Einflüsse aus vielen Genres finden. Sucht man den Vergleich, hört man wahrscheinlich Anklänge von Muse, Bloc Party, Blondie oder (... sonst noch was?). The Golden Blades stehen für bis ins Detail ausgetüftelte Songs, die aber ordentlich ins Ohr gehen. Ihre Devise: Die Lust an der Kreativität steht ganz vorne und Emotion sowieso. Das Live-Konzept der Band ist neben der dramaturgisch perfekt nutzbaren musikalischen Bandbreite auch optisch durchgestylt.
FANSCHKO
19-year-old Austrian singer-songwriter Fanny Tautscher aka fanschko is not what you would call a “born musician”.
In fact, it wasn’t until the pandemic hit, that she grabbed a guitar and taught herself how to play the instrument and how to write her own songs.
Her debut single ‘Breath’ earned her placements on several Spotify editorial playlists, resulting in more than 140k streams and up to 15k monthly followers.
‘Hate You’ is her follow-up single, and she’s is definitely shifting gears with this one! It’s a song about dissecting the inner turmoil after a breakup, about the inability to simply trade positive emotions for negative ones.
fanschko is inspired by artists like Phoebe Bridgers, Lorde, Boygenius, Gracie Abrams, Taylor Swift and Alix Page.
